Airport in Osaka info

Im flying to Japan this Friday and Ill be in Tokyo for two or three days. After that I have to settle some business agreements in Osaka, from which Im flying back home. I need information about Osaka International Airport and its foreign flights. Maybe Ill have to stay there overnight so, tell me if there is a hotel near the airport. Thanks in advance.

The peculiarity of Osaka International Airport is the fact that it is used for domestic flights only! I know its not in concordance with its name, but it used to host international flights but over a decade ago Kansai International Airport took over international flights leaving Osaka only domestic ones. I know this may come as a surprise to you and you think that things are complicated now, but you dont have to worry because these two airports are only 27 miles from each other. That means that you can finish everything concerning your business in Osaka and within an hour you can get to Kansai. Japan has an excellent traffic infrastructure and their trains run clockwise and you wont even notice the distance.
