An older couple going to Rio needs a lot of info

We (my wife and I) are older couple who want to enjoy ourselves in some nice and cozy destination. We heard so many things about Brazil and decided to go there in a month or so. Although we will visit several places, we plan to spend most of our time in Rio. We need a lot of info on Rio. What’s the weather like there? When is the best time to go to Rio?

Don’t be afraid of winter there since temperatures range from around 20°C (68°F) to 30°C (86°F). There are many good days for beach. So, any time you decide to go there is the right time. Winter is cooler but still warm enough to enjoy swimming and other activities while summer is really hot but beautiful.
