I have a tradition. Every year I choose a random place for a winter vacation. Well this year I choose Four Seasons Resort on the Whistler Blackcomb Mountain. I usually spend whole day snowboarding, and at the end of the day I enjoy sauna. So I was wondering. Is there any sauna in Four Seasons Resort?

I have no idea. I have been there three times and I never asked that, but it's really a nice idea. I should look it up next time. It sounds like a great thing you could do after the whole day of skiing down the slopes. Well I guess I am going to see if that’s true next year.

There is a spa in the Four Seasons Resort. It’s just incredible. One of the best I have ever seen. It’s really the best thing you could do after skiing. Some argue that the fast change from the extreme cold to extreme heat is bad for you, but I think quite opposite.

Actually the shift from cold to warm and opposite of course has healing properties. It has something to do with cells freezing over. Heating them at that point serves like a reboot for PC. Of course that’s just a theory, but don’t think you could look younger after that.
