Anyone used Cantamar Condos on Cozumel?

I think that Mexico will be out destination for this year. We did not discuss much about the vacation, somehow Mexico showed up as the most realistic decision. Even more when we heard stories about Conzumel and Cantamar Condos. Anyone used those? Is that place really that nice and guest friendly as they say?

My friend has been there in July and said that she really felt like she was home, even hundreds of miles away from her town. Condos are close to the city center, but still hidden away from the crowd and traffic chaos. She was at the first floor and just a few steps from the hotel’s pool. She also enjoyed snorkeling and said that CC will be her choice of a hotel if she ever finds herself in Mexico again.
