Are there hand bag restrictions at BAH airport?

I will go to Bahrain next month and I would like to know what are the restrictions for a handbag to carry. I am carrying with me a laptop and I dont know whether I will be allowed to carry it into the plain, or is it considered too large to be in a handbag. Thanks in advance.

There are various restrictions on the things that can be carried on the plane. You can carry with you your laptop, as it is not one of these. Also, feel free to carry liquids and gels in hand carry luggage. There is no specific type of any of these forbidden. You will be restricted, though to the liquids and gels in containers of 100ml or less in your handbag. You will have to pack these containers in one transparent plastic bag which will not have more than 1litre in capacity. If you have anything with you that does not fulfill these regulations be sure to report it in order to avoid long waiting times and potentially unpleasant scenes.
