Are there regular flights to Costa Rica from Portugal?

What I would like to hear is if there are regular flights from Portugal to Costa Rica or not, because I am about to spend a week (on business mostly) in Portugal, and since I should also travel to Costa Rica afterwards, I am wondering if I will have to go back home and fly from there, or it is possible to get there from Portugal as well.

I am really not sure what the situation with the flights on this route is these days. I know that a few months ago there was a period when it was impossible to find a regular flight from Costa Rica to Portugal and vice versa, but maybe something has changed in the meantime.

I haven’t traveled on this route for quite some time, but I know that last year there were direct flights from Portugal to Costa Rica (but I am not sure if they were regular or not). So, I guess that you should really check it out, maybe even with some of the airline companies in Portugal.
