Bad Costa customer service

I am about to set off for a cruise with Costa Magica-I have a flight to Rome within 3 days and that is where my cruising starts from. Anyway I book this ship for I love feeling Italian like and I live that style and I am cant wait for my cruise to start. But it is just that I have heard lately some bad Costa customer service info so I would now like to hear whether this is true and what should I expect from Costa customer service-I hope it is not that bad?

You bet it is not bad at all, I am a frequent cruiser and I never experienced better customer service than on the board of Costa Magica. The stuff is great and friendly and always available and very kind. So I advice you bring some extra money for tipping. There is 24h room service and you could order soup if you want in the middle of the night and you will always meet a kind face of your room servant even at 3 am.
