Baron vs Diwan Rasmy Hotel in Aleppo

Hello. I am planning my trip to Aleppo. Ive heard that two hotels are quite nice for staying there. I am wondering if anyone of you has stayed in Baron or Diwan Rasmy Hotel. Which is better? And what are the prices of accommodation? Thanks in advance. Have a nice day.

Hi there. I was in Aleppo couple months ago. I must say that I am not quite satisfied with both hotels. Both hotels are lower quality. Rooms in Diwan Rasmy are quite disappointing, despite vary nice lobby and public areas. This hotel is done in some modern, Western way, what I didnt like. I prefer Oriental. Also, I had stomachache from their food. The Baron Hotel is also wary bad. It have wary old beds, bathrooms are also quite old and do not work so nice, but I liked the atmosphere there.
