Best alternative to Villa Royale in Phuket?

Hello fellow forum visitors. I am wondering if anyone knows a good alternative for the Villa Royale in Phuket. We, my boyfriend and I, went there last year and thought in was wonderful while it lasted. We got into a terrible argument with the manager over there and because of that we do not want to go back there. In hind sight it was our own fault. I don’t really want to go into it any further but it was very embarrassing. I just want to forget about it and go to a different resort.

Hello. So you did like Phuket that much that you want to go back. It is great over there is it not? I don’t really know what you are looking for but I stayed in a cute little place called Sunset village. It bungalows are not that big but ever so nice. They are on a private, most beautiful, beach. Not that expensive either. We love it so much that we want to go back next year. They had a swimming pool, lovely cuisine, a sauna. And you can play golf too. What more do you want? We were very happy there!
