Hello to you too. I also like to take advantage of my trips and stop to see a winery. I was in Sidney three months ago. I have never considered Australia to be the land of wine. But I was mistaken. I discovered Hunter Valley that is famous by wine tasting. There are several cellars in Pokolbin, Broke Road and Cessnock. The major number of wineries is located near Pokolbin. If you like, you can find an accommodation in Pokolbin. It is The Hunter Resort Country Estate where you can stay couple of days. In that way you can explore more of the area.
