Bus or other kind of transportation to Ollantaytambo?

I am now staying in Calao and am suppose to reach Ollantaytambo within 3 days and I tried to buy bus ticket or whatever other transport ticket but I haven't managed it. Is it possible that there is no bus or other kind of transportation to Ollantaytambo from Calao so I would like to hear how am I supposed to reach Ollantaytambo from here? Thanks!

I don't see a problem there for I know there are frequent bus drives between cities of Peru. Anyway if you are not managing finding bus ride or whatever transportation from Calao to Ollantaytambo you may first go to Lima-for it is not far away from Calao at all and I am sure that is where you would find bus transport to Ollantaytambo. Well I don't think you could find a direct bus ride from Lima to Ollantaytambo but at least you may easily reach Cuzco from there. I was once traveling from Cusco to Ollantaytambo and though my colleagues and I have hired a jeep I saw few buses going the same road toward Ollantaytambo. Anyway once you reach Cuzco you won't be having a problem getting to Ollantaytambo.
