Buying a summer place in Nicaragua?

I have been planning to go on a holiday this summer. It seems to me that it is a good idea to go to Nicaragua. It seems like a real good and attractive choice. However, as intend to buy some property to have it permanently for each summer, I would like to hear some suggestions about how to do something like that there. Thanks in advance.

Nicaragua is one of the most amazing places I have ever visited, and I have been to many. There are plenty of things to be seen and done. Nightlife is also excellent and there are several very good clubs you can visit. Also, the food there is excellent, and somewhat unique. The country itself is very beautiful and quite enjoyable. When it comes to summer place I think it is a great idea if you can afford it, as it will be a lot cheaper in the long run.
