Can I get to Comoros by plane and from where?

I and my boyfriend are planning to tour East Africa and visit also Comoros and Madagascar. We have a pretty ambitious itinerary but we also have four weeks at our disposal. We would like to visit Comoros first. Can I get to Comoros by plane and from where? I will be in London in two weeks.
