Can someone tell me what's Cancun airport transport like?

I have decided to go to Cancun this year. My wife was delighted when I told her since she has been asking me to do that for a long time. I didn’t tell her the whole truth that I have some business meeting there, but we will have enough time for ourselves after that. Can someone tell me what Cancun airport transport is like?
