Can you give me hotel suggestions in Vancouver?

I am going to take my wife to Vancouver at the end of next month, so we can spend a nice time together and relax... And do all the things that we usually don't get around to. I am intending to book into one of the best hotels in the city... If only I knew where to find them! Could you help me out and give me some hotel suggestions?
