Hello, there. It isn't easy to find a cheap hotel in Tokyo. I was in one of a kind last month. It is Shiba Park Hotel. The price goes from 87 euros, I think. I don't know if this fits into your firms budget. I think for Tokyo it is a good price since the hotel has a good location. It is 10 minutes from Tokyo Tower. The service is quite well and the atmosphere is nice. The rooms have lots of amenities. Hotel East 21 is little more expensive. I hope there will be something for you. Good luck!
