Canopy Tour in Costa Rica?

I have heard about Canopy tours in Costa Rica, and it sounds very attractive to me. A real adventure, not just typical vacation, which is exactly what I am hoping my next vacation will be like. I don’t know much about it, and I plan to find out when I go there, but the only thing I want to know now is wheather I have to be very strong and in good shape for this or not.
Is there anyone who has some experience with it, and who can tell me that?

No, you don’t have to prepare in advance. There are no special physical requirements from the participants in canopy tours. It is not too demanding physically, but the most important thing is that (as far as I know) people with asthma, or heart conditions, or pregnant women should not participate in this. Besides that, people in their eighties, just like children of 5 are allowed to participate.
