Cruise around Sicily?

Hi everyone!! Can I get a little bit of help from you experienced travellers? My wife really wants to go on a cruise around Sicily and I am hoping to surprise her by making this come true. I am no expert on cruises and dont really know where to start. The things should last about a week or so I guess. Can you give me some concrete suggestions? Which company? Which ship?

How lovely of you to want to surprise your wife like that! I went on a lovely cruise around Sicily not too long ago. I was on the beautiful ship Ammari that took us to all the interesting spots and I couldnt be more satisfied. The ships itself has all the modern comforts and room service is available 24 hours a day. Which was great as I was pregnant and the time and having terrible cravings
