Customer Service at Peninsula Hotel in Beijing?

Hello everybody! I am going to Beijing. It's a business trip and I am supposed to stay at a hotel for three days. My secretary told me that she booked a room at Peninsula Hotel. I have never heard of it, so I would appreciate if someone who was a guest of this hotel or heard something about it told me what the Customer Service there like.

Your secretary likes you! She did a very good job by booking a room at this hotel because it is one of the best hotels. Five-star sign tells a lot about the service, doesn't it? First and foremost, Peninsula Hotel has a very good location. I really haven't seen a more polite staff in any hotel. They are always at your service, whatever you might need. If you forget something upon leaving the hotel, be sure it won't get lost. You can always come back and take it. The rooms are very well maintained. There are two hotel restaurants where I ate every day. The best Chinese food is prepared there.
