Drive from Manuel Antonio to Quepos?

I will have to go to a little trip and it will cover mileage between Manuel Antonio to Quepos. I am willing to go on that road trip, but first I would like to hear from somebody who already has done this. Drive from Manuel Antonio to Quepos? What would you do different this time, or would you do everything the same?

I would never go on a car trip in the country I never stepped in before. This is not true just for the trip between Manuel Antonio and Quepos, but this goes the same for Canada too. I was thinking that this will not be a great thing, but it turned out to be. Let me start by saying that Spanish is not the language I know and it was stupid of me to go to a country I dont know the language of. But it will not happen again, believe me. Then I had some car trouble and it was hard to explain the mechanic what kind. I was so furious with myself, because it is I that did everything wrong here, and there was nobody else to blame.
