Easiest way to travel to Ulaangom from Ulaanbaatar?

What is the easiest way to travel to Ulaangom from Ulaanbaatar? I am thinking about traveling to Mogolia and visiting all the interesting places, and I think that these two places should most definitely be seen, during my stay there. What do you think about it? And what is the best way to travel to one from another one?

I think that Eznis Airways runs regularly between these two cities, and think it is the only direct flight from one town to another one. Now, I think it is really great for you to visit this place near Lake Uvs Nuur. It is not really big town, it has population with lower than 30000 inhabitants, but there are a lot of things which you can see during your stay there.
