You are absolutely right. Ecotourism is a popular part of tourism. I suggest you to contact The International Ecotourism Society (TIES). It is a respectable organization and they will advise you in best way considering Ecotourism in USA. They will have a conference in Maine. I think itll be in September, but Im not sure.
