Howdy, folks. I am a great fan of ecotourism and I must admit that there is no better vacation than the one when you are distanced from civilization, mobile phones and internet. I hear that ecotourism is developed in the Yucatan Peninsula, so I would gladly hear something about that. Thanks, folks.

Hi, there. Yucatan is a wonderful place for me and I have some wonderful experiences. I visited a village called Celestun. It is a fishing village and you are really distanced from technology as you say it. This area is very visited for bird watching, sport fishing and flower spotting. You can also visit some archeological sites on Yucatan that belonged to Mayan civilization. Beaches of other places are also attractive for ecotourism. You should also check out Dzilam, Palmar, San Felipe and others. The flora and fauna on Yucatan are another story. I hope you will enjoy it. Bye!
