Excellent rail service from Whistler to local mountain resorts

I just wanted to share with you all, mainly for those who are considering skiing at Whistler of course, that there is an excellent rail service around that goes from Whistler to all the local mountain resorts. If you want to go trekking around a bit, this service makes things so much easier!

My husband and I are considering Whistler at the moment - it has pretty much become our first choice actually! Can you tell me which local skiing resorts you are referring to? Where did you stay and where did you go skiing? We have been skiing before but are still beginners, so any tips on that would be great.

The family and I are thinking about going to Whistler in January and saw some great deals in different places. I was just going to post something up about the transport possibilities myself, but your comment about a good local rail service gives me hope! Can you give me more details?
