Florence in Tuscany?

Ah Italy! I have no idea why most of the people, I guess female population leading in that crowd are just being crazy about going to Italy? I know Italians have a reputation of being a very romantic nation, so in the same way I find Florence as one of the most romantic cities in the world, at least in my dreams and readings. But now I am having a chance to finally go there. I would like to see you people type about Tuscany, Florence and all the details and impressions. Open for suggestions!

I was there with a friend, but just for few days. We are art students so Florence was on our must be seen list. We were there in May so we managed to catch and see Maggio Musicale festivity of classical music (concerts, operas), recitals and dance (ballet). I just like architecture in Florence; somehow I was getting the feeling that almost every old building has a million stories to tell (The Pitti Palace and The Cathedral & bell-tower are just two from the long list).The Bargello with the impressive collection of Renaissance sculptures really got my attention and time. I dont even want to start about food and vine, sweet memories.

Yes, Italy is full of romantic destinations and numbers of peoples visit there from all corner of the globe. Well, Florence is one of the most beautiful and popular cities in Italy. There are some of the best museums over there and also stunning cathedrals and churches, attractive streets and squares with elegant buildings and shops. If you are going there so you should visit these popular places.
