My wife wants to go to Australia. She has some relatives there so she insists on flying there. I am not as enthusiastic as she is since I don’t like time difference at all. Anyway, I am flying to Australia but having problems with the jet lag? How do I overcome?

There is no miracle cure for the jet lag. I mean, in spite of some commercials that claim impossible things, the only thing you can do is wait. It usually takes from three to five days, sometimes even longer to fully adjust to local time. There is one thing, though. Try to go out as much as you can and expose you eyes (to a reasonable extent) to the direct sunlight. It helps your internal clock to readjust to new time far more quickly. Thus, you will significantly reduce the adjusting time.
