My husband took me with him on his trip to France. He went there to finish some deals but then we spent few days on Riviera and enjoyed ourselves. I must say that French Riviera Resort Town Le Rouret is best for hiking and trekking. There are many nice walking trails in the surrounding mountains where you can walk, ride a bike or even a horse.

Yes, I went there last year and also had a good time. I and my friend walked through some nice forests like Valmasque Forest in Villeneuve Loubet close to the coast. We had such a good time there. We also enjoyed walking down the streets that run down a slope in an S shape. There is a local tourist information office there as well as many shops.
