From Iran to India overland or by sea?

Hi. I need advice if you have experience with this kind of things. O will have to travel from Iran to India. But I dont know what is the best way of traveling. So I hope that there is someone that is able to give me needed information. How is best to travel From Iran to India, overland or by sea?

I traveled also from Iran to India. And I must say that I heard so much different things. That it is not safe to travel trough Iran. That I shouldnt go on that trip and many other nonsense. I traveled perfectly safe, and I didnt have any problem during my trip. I traveled by the land. I must say that I am not very fond of the buses. But it is the only way to travel. Except planes. Airplanes are much more expensive than buses. And the other thing is that you can travel buy the sea, but it is to slow way of traveling. So if you want endless trip you should travel by the sea.
