Hiking down the entire West Coast

Is there anyone who could tell me if it would be a good idea to spend a week, for example, on hiking down the entire West Coast? It crossed my mind that it could be more than interesting way to spend a week, especially since I have always wanted to see the West Coast…

I agree that it would be an interesting way to spend a week, but are you sure you will be able to do that? It sounds more than demanding to me, but of course, if you have a good plan, and if you are well organized, I guess that it can be done.
