Hiring a private guide

I think about spending some high amount of money this year in Mexico City. I guess all those stories told by my friends about that city finally convinced me to go there and spend 10 days, at least. They said that the guided tours were one of the things I have to try, so I have been thinking about hiring a private guide what do you think about that idea?

If you think you will have enough money, then go ahead. A private guide is much better option than having to share him with several other people. I think you would be able to see and experience much more. Still, one of the good sides being in a group is the possibility of meeting people from all around the globe with similar interests. Thats how I met my wife!
