Hotel Recommendations in Dubai?

My husband and me decided to surprise our daughter and pay her a honeymoon in Dubai. We want a decent, nice, comfy hotel with a swimming pool, but nothing too exclusive. We have no idea about hotel prices in Dubai and Im wondering whether were able to afford that, or well have to split expenses with the bridegrooms family. What hotels would you recommend?

Lol. I think youd better split the expenses with your future in-laws. That way you can choose a better hotel, than the one youre able to pay on your own, and give them the honeymoon they will remember forever. Dubai is expensive but its worth every cent you spend. I think that a honeymoon accommodation deserves something like Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Amenities include two swimming pools, several restaurants and even Wild Wadi Water Park which is free for guests. It is located on the beach, which doesnt mean it is isolated and far from exclusive Dubai shopping centers. There is a Hard Rock Caf nearby, so plenty of fun is guaranteed. I dont know exact prices but, I repeat, its worth any price.

In Dubai I stayed at the Admiral Plaza Hotel, which is a very nice 4 star hotel in the city center. It´s at walking distance from the bustling Dubai Creek. I´m not sure on exact prices, but my company treated me on a junior suite (I still wonder why ) and that was about 80 euros per night, which I think is a very good price. A standard room should be a good deal.
