How many days for Hong Kong?

I would like to visit Asian continent and I will start with Hong Kong. A friend of mine has been there recently and told me impressive things about the place. Now, I want to see that for myself and I hope I will manage to go before the winter. I am just not sure how many days I will need for Hong Kong?

I think that even a month would not be enough for a place like that. I have been there last year and I have to say it is one off the few places I would like to see again and enjoy again. There is Disneyland, Victoria Peak, Star Ferry, Stanley Market, Man Mo Temple, Lantau island, Wong Tai Sin temple etc.
