How much Jet Lag should I expect in SE Asia trip?

Hi. I will be travelling from the United Kingdom to South East Asia at the end of the month. I will be landing at Hong Kong. It is the first time I am doing such a long haul trip and of course I have heard about jet lag. I am wondering how I will cope with this. What do you think and do you have any tips for me?

How you will cope with jet lag depends on you as an individual. I personally never have too many problems. I just get into the rhythm of the new country, and although I do get tired it is not anything major. Perhaps you can try to adjust to your new time already before leaving home, in order to make it a bit easier.
