How to get to Pecos National Historical Park from Las Vegas?

What I would appreciate to hear is how to get to Pecos National Historical Park from Las Vegas, because I will spend a weekend in Las Vegas next month anyway, and I figured that it would be a great opportunity to spend at least an afternoon in Pecos National Historical Park.

I was there a long time ago, and if I remember it right, then Pecos National Historical Park is not at all far away from Las Vegas, so I think that you should not have problems with finding the way to get there. There probably are also regular and direct bus connections.

I am really not sure. I have been planning to include Pecos National Historical Park in my itinerary, but I am still not sure whether or not I will do that. I mean, I am sure that Las Vegas will definitely be a part of it, but since I am not sure how far it is from there, I first have to find that out.

Well, provided it is not far away from Las Vegas, then it surely is a great opportunity to visit Pecos National Historical Park as well, but the fact is that I think that these two destinations are not at all so near each other. I know that I might be wrong here, but are you sure that you got the right information?
