Hyatt vs Marriott in San Diego?

I have been planning to go on a holiday this summer. It seems to me that it is a good idea to go to San Diego. It looks like a really good and attractive choice. However, as I have never been there before, I would like to hear some suggestion whether I should stay in Hyatt or in Marriott hotel. Thanks in advance.

There are many good hotels in San Diego. Both of those you mention are certainly one of them. Hyatt has a good location and almost everything you need is near it. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, and services are excellent. In Marriott, the atmosphere is very friendly. Staff always tries to please you as much as possible, so you will virtually never feel dissatisfied with them, or with the hotel for that matter. It is simply friendlier than Hyatt. Neither hotel is cheap, but then again, both are worth the money. That said, if you are fine with the price, I suggest you get a room there, if nothing, than for the sheer atmosphere.
