Is Grenada interesting for mountain bikers?

I am reading about Grenada and it seems that many people have either been already there or are planning to go. Well, since all of them are going there I guess that there must be something appealing on this island. Beside warm sea and nice beaches is there anything else for me? Is Grenada interesting for mountain bikers?

Because of its nice interior, Grenada is being steadily visited by nature lovers of all types. Mountain biking is one of Grenada’s newest hits among visitors who are trying to explore the island from a different perspective. My neighbor has just returned from there and he boasts with some serious biking.
