Is Lufthansa flying to Kolkata?

Oh I am being mesmerized with India for quite some time. I know that people are complaining about filthy streets and bothered with streets being crowded by the poor souls asking for money which for sure is a sad thing. I dont have problem with all these complains still would like to go India. But I wonder because I like using the services of Lufthansa, do they have flights to Kolkata?

Ah India, oriental land with great tradition, and I agree not their fault for being poor so we cant take a grudge against them for that matter. I think people in general are starting to be lazy and snobbish when it comes to traveling, not very opened minded for experiments and new things, and I consider that India is not the land that should be dismissed. When it comes to Lufthansa they had for quite some time flights to Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. But from the December 2006 they added flight to Kolkata, so you are free to book your ticket and enjoy your trip.
