Is traditional jewelry expensive in Maradi?

a couple of friends of mine and I have been planning to take a trip to Maradi, Niger in a couple of months and we were hoping to get some info on their traditional jewelry there. Is it expensive in Maradi?

I have stayed in Niger a couple of years ago. I am not sure did you know that this is one of the poorest countries in the world. This will probably tell you that nothing is expensive in Niger. I mean, those things are a bit more expensive for tourists, but nothing you couldn't afford.

A couple of friends of mine have stayed in Maradi last year and we had a great time there. It was really fantastic experience and I loved that place. Their traditional jewelry is really beautiful and I think that you will be pretty happy with the prices. Human labor is not payed in Africa and especially in Niger.
