A couple of friends of mine and I have been planning to take a trip to Cairo this winter and we would like to know how to find a private guide to go to Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Can anyone give us some suggestion on this? Thanx a lot in advance! bye

I is really easy to find a travel agency and hire a private guide online. I have traveled to Cairo last October and I really loved this place, the atmosphere is so ancient, people are strange, everyone is stoned, there is police everywhere, but they are not doing anything...anyways, you can find your guide via agency.

there is much better way for this...A couple of friends of mine and I wanted to travel to Cairo last year and we were searching for the same. A friend of mine told me of this mailing list you can join. Apparently, it is unprofitable and many people who live there is willing to help, usually students, Cairo scholars.
