Mekong River cruise too hot in February ?

Hello dear forum members. I am hoping you can give me some advice! My girlfriend and I would like to go to Vietnam/Cambodia and we have some time off in February. We would love to do one of those Mekong river cruise things as well. But being British and all that we are a bit scared that we might find it to be, well, how should I put it, to hot for us??? But we are not sure about it so perhaps we can learn form other peoples past experiences. We would really appreciate the help. Thank you.

Hello there Brits! Or should I say chaps? It all depends on what you came handle yourselves I suppose. I did do a Mekong river cruise last February at I did not mind at all. The hot and dry season starts in February and lasts throughout April. The average temperature is about 20-32 C. But in April, when the wet season starts, it will become more and more humid and that might not be so nice!?! I think that you will be OK though. Good luck and enjoy!
