I’m flying to the US and since I will stay there for a couple of months I will have to carry much luggage. Now, I have heard that after all those terrorist attacks, the luggage control has become very rigid and that there are some strict regulations. Can you tell me something about that? Is there anything regarding the amount of luggage?

I think that regulations concerning the allowed amount of luggage which can be brought onto a plane haven’t changed. You should check out because it’s not like you can take as much as you like, but this is up to airplane’s capacity. Those regulations primarily refer to what you carry in your luggage, both that placed in the cargo compartment and in your handbag. I think that there is even something about the amount of water and other liquids. You are not allowed to carry big bottles of water with you and I think that all the information you can find on the official web site of any airport in the US.
