Need to catch a cheap Flight From Bogata to Cartagena

Hello! I am currently in Peru but by tomorrow morning I will reach Bogotá and I would need to catch a cheap flight from Bogotá to Cartagena tomorrow so can you tell me what is the cheapest flight from Bogotá to Cartagena opt and also would like to hear some info regarding some cheap accommodation in Cartagena just for a few days. Maybe there are some cheaper flight from Bogotá to Cartagena opt but the cheapest opt I have managed last week was flight of 376$ tax included and the flight takes about 1h and half. Anyway I have heard afterwards there are some cheaper charter flights but they are usually booked so I haven’t managed to book one at this time. And as for the accommodation in Cartagena if you are searching for very cheap opt than the only choice is to have some hostel accommodation but yet again you may find some guest houses there like I did-I am paying 14$per night a single room in a guest house pretty much away from the city but I have rented a car.
