New Year's Eve in Saigon?

I am thinking of where to spend next New Year’s Eve. Ever since I spent my first New Year’s Eve outside the country several years ago, I have decided that in that period I will not be home, but somewhere new and interesting. So, I am thinking about Saigon. That should be interesting… What do you say?

I think that the most important thing for a New Year’s Eve is to be with someone you love during those couple of days and it wouldn’t matter where you are.
