I just back from my 5-day tour around the North Island of New Zealand and Im amazed how great it is a holiday in NZ is definitely a once in a lifetime experience. I did a drive from Auckland to Wellington and I am fascinated with an isthmus built on 48 vulcanoes and its fertile valleys and islands. Is there anyone else who share this feeling and fascination with NZ North Island with me? Tell us a bit about your trip!

Yeah, I took a week long trip from Auckland to Wellington, it was the best time of my life! Here are some of the sites we have seen and a part of the trip: from the City of sails (Auckland) after a short ride we got to Coromandel Penninsula beautiful untouched area with tons of sandy beaches. In Coromandel town, we rode the Driving Creek Railway and got ourselves to the artists colony (very fascinating). Then we crossed the divide to Tairua Harbour (spent a night there), got to the geothermal city of Rotorua, passing regions with crystal clear lakes, saw volcanoes at Te Whakarewarewa Thermal Village. At the end of the trip, we took an exlusive cruise across the clear waters of Lake Tarawera, then went to the Lake Taupo (a gigantic volcanic crate), we proceeded then on to Napier (Art Deco capital of the world). And then, finally, we finished our route in the best possible way on Hawkes Bay, regarded as the Tuscany of the South Pacific, cause of its great wineries!
