Night bus from Caracas?

Do you know if there is some night bus from Caracas to Lima and how ling this bus trip would take and do you think it is safe going by bus all the way to Lima? I am sort of afraid at traversing Colombia especially if the trip is about night bus going from Caracas but this is only opt I could afford to myself at this moment for I was just robbed in Caracas yesterday and I am about to reach lima by Monday so is there a night bus from Caracas.

I know you would probably like to avoid the heat so that is why you need night bus but I just like you would never travel over Colombia by some night bus and there are lot of buses there from Caracas to Lima and I think there are very frequent buses but my suggestion for you would be to take some well equipped and air-conditioned night buses starting at early morning from Caracas so that by the end of the day you would already be in Peru. I think this would be the safest opt for you would actually avoid going through Colombia by the night and anyway the only part of Colombia you would pass over is just some part of the south east and that is basically the safest part of the country.

A taxi from the bus terminal to the center will cost you around BsF 30.
Buses from the airport to Caracas cost around BsF 30.

Passengers have the option of alighting either at Gato Negro metro station somewhat unsafe at street level) or under a bridge at the Parque Central bus terminal, from where you'll need to get a taxi to your final destination or walk about 1 km along a busy road to the Bellas Artes metro station.
