On the way from Zihuatanejo to El Tamarindo?

I am thinking about going on a trip trough Mexico this summer. I have never been to Mexico so I am really very excited because of this trip. But now I have one question. Was anybody On the way from Zihuatanejo to El Tamarindo? I am thinking about going to that one particular route. So any advice is more than welcomed.

Mexico is a nice location to spend couple of weeks. I was there in different times of year. And every time I go there, I really enjoy my stay. So, I am sure that you will enjoy your too. I have never been traveling that particular route. I dont know why. Maybe because I mostly go to Mexico because of my business. And I dont have much free time. I was in El Tamarindo once. I can only remember that it has great beaches. And nothing else. I guess I am aging. No matter. I can remember that everything was great and amazing there, and that I enjoyed my self. Only I cannot remember details about that trip. My wife is one that remembers that things.
