Overbooking Incidence at Air France?

After some really bad experiences of flying with low-cost airlines I decided to just fly with Air France this time. Last time I flew, with a budget airline, they had terribly overbooked the flight and we were not able to get on the plane. We were then forced to wait around at the airport for an additional three hours until the next flight. How is the situation with Air France?

That is something specific to budget airlines, and although I am sure Air France do overbook, and count on a certain percentage of passengers not showing up, they wont have you waiting for hours on end for sure. Instead they will probably upgrade you to Business Class. So much the better!
