Paris to Amsterdam train

Since I will be in Paris the whole next month, I was thinking of choosing one weekend for visiting some friends in Amsterdam. I am sure that there are direct flights from Paris to Amsterdam, but I am not really fond of flying, so I would prefer some other means of transportation. Does anyone know if it is possible to get there by train?

Yes, it is possible to get there by train. I know that because I traveled that way to Amsterdam about two months ago, and I remember that there was a direct line. All you have to do is check the time that is most suitable for you, because I didn’t even have to make a reservation, so I am sure you wont have to either.
