Place for ice skating in Kelowna?

I am going to Kelowna in few weeks and I need something interesting to do while I am there. And since I am a big fan of skating I was thinking I could go to a place where I can do that. So can anyone recommend me a place where I could indulge myself in some ice skating in Kelowna?

Well you could go to Kelowna Memorial Arena… It’s an arena as you might have noticed. It’s usually the place where a lot of hockey games are taking place. I have been there for ice skiing only once and it was a while ago, so you better check if you could skate there.

There is also the Capital News Centre. It is also a place for hockey games if I am not mistaken. Well you could always start training hockey right? Anyway I think they have the center open from time to time for some recreational ice skating for everyone. Have fun skating.

You could visit Prospera Place too. Its close to the previous two places so if everything else fails… Anyway I think Prospera Place should be open to everyone, but I think it’s better for you if you ask someone there who knows. Or you could just ask anyone when you get there.

Summerland Arena Ice Skating Rink is one of the best skating place in Kelowna.both IT has Ice Hockey programs and leagues. Whether you are a beginning skater looking to play on a team in an instructional league or an experienced ice hockey player looking to get out and play with others of a similar caliber.

It also offers Broomball. It is an actual competitive sport. It is similar to ice hockey - it's fast and fun.
