Hi to all. I am planning my summer vacation, and one of the places I wish to visit is Aqaba. I am attracted to its nice beaches. I am wondering, can someone recommend me a nice place to stay. I dont mean anything luxurious, just to stay for 5-6 days. Thanks in advance.

Hello to you too. I was there last year, and I must admit that I am pretty satisfied with its offer. There are a few places you can stay, and they are quite decent. One of them is Coral Bay. It has 3 stars and it is part of the Royal Diving Center complex. It is not far from beach and has all facilities for diving and snorkeling. You can stay also in Alcazar Hotel. It has two stars. And Dune Beach Village Hotel is quite nice, but Ive heard that it is not completely equipped for diving. Have a nice time. Cheers.

Hi,
I've heard go Captains Tourist Hotel. They say that is near the beach and is very nice place. Many are very satisfied with food there. Also rooms are good and it's not too expensive.

Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea

Sophisticated, serene, elegant, understated luxury. Stunningly gorgeous and FUNCTIONAL architecture and design (except for the ridiculously useless and uncomfortable but groovy looking chairs in the outdoor bar area.) As soon as we walked in to the lobby the place FELT GOOD. Incredibly cordial staff at all levels. Amazing bathroom, and comfortable bathtub. High quality, plentiful amenities including dead sea bath salts. Every detail was meticulously thought out: high speed internet was FREE, mini bar was FREE. What CLASS!!!! Oh, and the pool was amazing....

The best thing was the food---DIVINE! We met the executive chef who is one of the most passionate chefs we have encountered anywhere on our travels. The guy lives and breathes food and it is spectacular. One of the best dinners we've ever had was at the seafood restaurant that had just opened. Everything was fresh. Simply the best food we had in Jordan, anywhere. Loved it!
